Yay, I’m glad you liked it!
-
Ok, now at computer not phone. Yes, I loved it! And, I’m going to share it with Nate (#1 child), who plays the saxophone and percussion, because I think he will love it, too. He and his friends play in a band, and they’re always looking for new stuff. This is perfect. (Plus, I want to see if he can guess the original …)

We just watched it together. Nate loved it. He’s on his way to perform tonight, but he’s “totally gonna YouTube them later.” Thank you.
-
I am SO HAPPY that he liked them! Charlie Hunter is pretty amazing.
Now I’m trying to think of other things I think he’d like.

have to say, I’m diggin the wordless version ….

Huzzah! Instrumentals don’t seem to be everyone’s cuppa, but there are a lot of amazing instrumental covers out there. This one is one of my favourites.
-
I think “elevator mussak” ruined it for many people – the jazzy/bluesy stuff is great !
-
Oh, I totally agree. A few of my favourite bands are ONLY instrumental.
-
Ah ! I need to put together a post on Jeff Beck or Joe Satriani…..

Ive never heard an instrumental version of this before – I like it. It used to be that the only thing that would calm my youngest as a babe was reggae. She’s listening to it with me right now (only she’s adding in the words). Thanks!

Our youngest is a fan of bluegrass. She loves banjos, but she’s also a big fan of jazzy pianos and stuff. We usually put on either bluegrass or Dave Brubeck for bedtime. She stops fussing and is out fast.

I can’t watch the movies or my computer will explode..
Please can I do a dodisharkicorn Photoshop picture?
any word on ‘that other thing’… I am starting to get really nervous… I can take it, really I can…-
Sorry, I meant to comment the other day. Yes, absolutely you can.
I haven’t had time to sit down and give it my full attention yet, but by this weekend, I promise.
-
Thought maybe you just didn’t wanna hurt my fe… never mind, I got me some faith. It is a dodo bird on top, right? Just to be clear…
(That may be the strangest sentence in the history of language)-
Yes! Dodo bird, unicorn, rainbow sharkicorn. Although, you can feel free to not make it rainbow-y and lose the horn on the shark if you want.
-
No way… well… we will see how it goes… I am so excited… I am throwing in extra triple periods…
-
I remember the story, but I don’t want to make stupid detail errors. Thanks.
